Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation by Traveller

Cancellations must be requested via email to support@xplorewide.com. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • 30+ days before departure: 25% of total cost
  • 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • 0-15 days before departure: 100% of total cost (No Refund)

2. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days of the cancellation request being approved. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used.

3. Flights & Non-Refundable Items

Flight tickets and certain premium hotels may be non-refundable as per the individual service provider's policy. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
